Q.Do you know at this date what time the closing concert will be at the Tucson festival? I have some ringers who will be flying and in order to schedule flights back to Denver, I need to know the earliest that they could be available to leave for the airport.
A. The concert is currently set for 3:00pm. I would say 4:15p-4:30p would be a good plan for leaving the hotel to go to the airport. It's about a 35-45 min drive to the airport from the hotel so I would say that a flight departure no earlier than 6:30pm.


Q. Is there a recommended type of affordable transportation from airport to hotel? The info from the hotel about shuttle service did not seem very affordable or user friendly.
A. Here's the airport shuttle companies that I know of in Tucson.

Q. If the choir director is a current member of AGEHR, do individual members of the choir need to pay the $65 AGEHR membership fee or will the director's membership cover individual ringers?
A. The Director's AGEHR Membership covers individual ringers.


Q. Are tables and foam being provided or do we have to bring our own?
A. Tables are available for rent at $15 per table (six foot banquet table). Foam is not available. Attendees usually bring their own tables and foam.
