A block of rooms has been reserved for June 15, 2010 - June 22, 2010. The special room rate will be available until May 18 or until the group block is sold-out whichever comes first. When making reservations you will need the group code of HBR.

Special room rates have been arranged for this event. They are:

• 2 QUEEN BEDS NONSMOKING - 115.00 per night (2 occupants - additional charge for more)
• 1 KING BED NONSMOKING - 115.00 per night
• 2 QUEEN BEDS JR SUITE NONSMOKING - 145.00 per night
• 1 KING JR SUITE NONSMOKING - 145.00 per night
• 1 KING BED CASITA - 175.00 per night

• Reservations must be made online by May 18, 2010
• Rates published are for 2 occupants. There will be an additional charge for extra occupants.
• There is a 14.05% per room per night tax.
• Payment for room and tax and all incidental charges is due in full upon check out. Payment can be made by cash, by certified check or credit card. Hotel accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card, Duet Card, Eurocard, JCB international, Maestro/Switch, Master Card or Visa.
• If you wish to cancel, please do so 7 days prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties.
• A limited number of rooms for guests with special needs, in accordance with ADA, are available. Please contact the hotel reservations department to confirm your arrangements.
• At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early a departure fee will be charged.
• The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
