CALENDAR OF EVENTS items should be submitted on the form provided to be sure all necessary information is included. The completed form may be mailed to the Sub-Area Chair via snail mail or scanned and saved as a .pdf or .jpg file and sent to the Sub-Area Chair as an e-mail attachment.

• Submissions may include, but are not limited to, festivals, conferences, workshops, clinics and masterclasses.
• Submissions may include handbell concerts and auditions which are open to the public.
• Submissions should NOT include weekly rehearsals, church services, or events that conflict with AGEHR sponsored/endorsed events.
• Submissions must be received by the Sub-Area Chair 30 days before the scheduled event.
