- The Area XI Video Library is available for use by handbell ringers and directors residing in Area XI.
- Materials may be borrowed for a period of 2 weeks. If a longer time is needed, please contact the Video Librarian for arrangements.
- The Video Librarian will send out materials no more than 5 days after receiving a request. Should a delay occur, the librarian will contact the patron to let them know when to expect the requested materials.
- Initial postage and return postage will be paid for by Area XI for AGEHR Members. A return postage padded envelope with instructions and due date of loaned materials will accompany each request.
Non-AGEHR Members, will be charged a fee of $7.00 for each item requested. Please include your check, (made out to AGEHR Area XI), with your Video Library request.
- Requests made by AGEHR members for loaning materials may be made by e-mail, phone or mail. Non-member requests must be made by mail since a check must accompany the request.

It is in pdf format and may take awhile to appear on your screen depending on the speed of your machine. When it appears, you can print it out, complete it and mail with your check if you are a non-AGEHR member. AGEHR members may copy (choose "select all" from the edit menu then copy) and paste the information into their e-mail, complete the information and send it via e-mail to the video librarian. If you prefer to phone the librarian, be prepared to supply the information required on the request form.

- Should any damage occur to Video Library materials while in the possesion of patrons, patrons shall be resonsible for replacement costs. If materials are damaged in shipping, Area XI will bear the cost of replacement.
